Modern Slavery Policy

Modern Slavery Policy

Our policies on slavery and human trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

In light of the obligation to report on measures to ensure that all parts of our business and supply chain are slavery free we have put in place a designated Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.

Our Modern Slavery Policy demonstrates our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

Our supply chains

In order to ensure that all persons within the firm’s supply chain comply with the firm’s values and ethics we are instigating a pre-qualified questionnaire to include questions on their policies, approaches and risk management processes. This is being sent to all potential new suppliers and will soon be sent to all existing suppliers in order to review their arrangements.

In the next year we intend to carry out a risk analysis of our supply chains.

In order to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, increase awareness and identify signs of modern slavery, all of our senior managers, have completed Modern Slavery awareness training. This training will extend to any future senior managers or those charged with procurement.
