Strategic Partnership Grants
The Trust also works proactively with partners to identify and support ambitious projects that will challenge inequality of access to physical activity and deliver the greatest possible impact across the UK for our target audiences: children and young people, and groups we know are less likely to be active, such as women and girls, BAME communities, people from lower socio-economic groups, older people and disabled people.
These projects will usually be large-scale, inspirational, sustainable and scalable projects that will have a demonstrable lasting impact on encouraging and supporting our target groups to become and remain physically active. We expect that for most of these grants, the organisation will be working in partnership or a consortium to deliver the programme of activity or project. We will also expect that the activity will have a strong proof of concept or will be looking to develop this as a key part of the project.
The Trust selects Strategic Partnership projects on an invitation-only basis. We do not accept unsolicited applications to our Strategic Partnership Grants Programme.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not currently considering any new grants under this programme in 2020.
